We assisted consumers with over thirty-five million dollars worth of unsecured debts last year. We are growing rapidly and are now looking to add customer care debt arbitrators to our staff.

Responsibilities of Customer Care Debt Arbitrator includes:

  • Make contact and build rapport with various creditors
  • Negotiate accounts ready for settlement
  • Document client accounts thoroughly
  • Contact clients for approval of settlement
  • Contact clients to ensure payments are authorized
  • Ensure client issues are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Respond to legal collection related inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Active listening skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of integrity
Requirements
Customer Care Debt Arbitrator

Requirements for Customer Care Debt Arbitrator includes:

  • Knowledge of collection tools and systems
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with customer/client retention programs
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficient (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polished and professional
  • Knowledge of CreditSoft a major plus
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, handle pressure, fast paced environment
