Primary responsibility for successfully transitioning the 3 for 1 Match program back in-house and manage the marketing, administration, and analysis for the program.
Oversee internal administration of community relations programs. Act as the interface with the vendors, and also act as the mediator in any disputed requests that require attention above and beyond the daily administration. Ensure all requests for giving programs are addressed in a timely manner.
Manage all sponsorships effectively by either appropriately delegating them to an internal owner to host or manage ITW’s participation as needed.
Manage the bi-yearly preparation of all proposed ITW grants and pledges for the ITW Foundation. Capture all renewals in the system and ensure that updated documentation and completed applications are received. Work closely with Treasury and Finance to capture all relevant data needed for financial summary.
Play a key role in the execution of project management for special events such as the United Way Campaign and the JA Bowl a Thon.
Act as a subject matter expert in providing strong internal consulting on all community relations programs.
Provide strong customer service to all levels of internal clients including employees, leaders, and retirees and all external constituencies such as: not for profit partners, vendors and all those applying for grants.
Ensure that we are effectively capturing and analyzing data related to the success of our various programs such as participation levels, financial levels, and employee impact/engagement where appropriate. In addition, capture statistical data from our not for profit partners related to social impact.

BA/BS with an emphasis on liberal arts, communications, or social/community services or any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
2 to 4 years experience managing projects, establishing and maintaining deadlines and working with teams
Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
Ability to effectively communicate and manage internal and external relationships.
Ability to anticipate issues related to initiatives and programs and proactively communicate with those who need to be involved and creatively think through potential solutions.
Must possess strong customer service skills.
Experience with event planning, fund raising and familiarity with writing grant proposals.
Excellent computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. Experience with Microedge, Cyber Grants or any other grant systems is a plus.
