The American Arbitration Association ® (AAA), with its long history and experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, provides services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts out of court.


The AAA role in the dispute resolution process is to administer cases, from filing to closing. The AAA provides administrative services in the U.S., as well as abroad through its International Centre for Dispute Resolution ® (ICDR).

The AAA's and ICDR's administrative services include assisting in the appointment of mediators and arbitrators, setting hearings, and providing users with information on dispute resolution options, including settlement through mediation. Ultimately, the AAA aims to move cases through arbitration or mediation in a fair and impartial manner until completion.

We are seeking a Database Administrator to be located in our Voorhees, NJ office. This position is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of customer databases including salesforce.com and our internal customer database. Standard shift (9-5) and late shift (12-8) positions are available.

 

Specific duties include:

 

  • Creating new account/contact records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Establishing and maintaining hierarchal relationships within customer databases.
  • Handling internal and external requests to update account/contact information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Merging and deleting duplicate account/contact records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Handling requests for web case access in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Working with divisional staff to reconcile duplicate account/contact records.
  • Working with Marketing department and other Salesforce.com administrators on maintenance, customization and development projects.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, ethical, flexible, perceptive, intuitive, analytical, assertive, customer oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Salesforce.com administrator experience is required
  • Comfortable in a cross-functional environment.
  • Team player willing to assist others to get the job done.
  • Database administration experience and/or training required.
  • Willingness to cover west coast business hours a plus.
  • College degree required.
