Since1955, Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) has demonstrated a commitment to older adults and the communities they call home. PHS is the sixth largest non-profit older adult housing provider in the country, welcoming people 55 and older, of all faiths and income levels, to choose from a wide array of senior housing and services. PHS communities offer a variety of living options including town homes, apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care, and transitional care. Its 4,900 employees serve over 12,000 older adults at 35 locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.
